The EL Cid Vacation Club Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to strengthening and improving the welfare and quality of life for all who work for the El Cid family, including their families, the community and the environment in which we live. Its fundamental principle include improving the quality of life of their employees and their families in the areas of health, education and housing; environmental protection  and conservation; offers support to non-profit institutions and non-governmental institutions for social welfare projects; and promote, support and advise the development of small family business.

The Foundation gives premium on the loyalty and support of its employees so it also makes sure that it returns their support perhaps even a hundred fold.

Some of its support includes:

1. Payment of the annual registration fee of one child per employee who is in the primary, secondary or high school. El Cid Vacation Club Foundation also offers a stipend for uniform fees and school supplies;

2. 50% off in Medical Examinations;

3. Literacy programs for the employees, their spouses and children;

4. Selling out of service hotel furniture at affordable prices;

5. Festivities for children yearly;

6. Supplying support and guidelines for employees needing childcare;

7. Medical assistance;

8. Improvement Programs. One of the many ways the El Cid Vacation Club Foundation is supported is from the proceeds of its in-house bottles water and in-room coffee.
